ORDER PROCESSING & HANDLING TIME

 

 

Most Fabtech-Performance products are hand-built, custom-coated, or custom-fabricated. Standard handling time is 14 working days before shipping. Specialty items may require additional time based on production load, QC verification, or material availability.

 

If you are in urgent need of parts for a race, show, or deadline, please do not place an order. High-quality, low-volume production requires time and patience. Tracking numbers are issued once production, QC, and packaging are complete. Placing an order confirms you agree to this handling time.

 

 

 

 

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

 

 

Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing an order by emailing sales@fabtech-performance.com. Include your full name, order number, invoice copy, phone number, and reason for cancellation. After 24 hours, the order enters processing and cannot be canceled. Refunds for approved cancellations are issued within 48 hours and generally appear in 5–7 working days depending on your financial institution. Unauthorized return shipments without an RMA will be refused.

 

 

 

 

RETURN POLICY — USA CUSTOMERS

 

 

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not place an order. Returns require prior written approval and an RMA number. Special orders, custom-coated items, fabricated items, and one-off builds are non-refundable once materials or labor begin. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Up to a 25% restocking fee applies to qualified returns. Returned parts must be unused, uninstalled, and in resellable condition. Installed, test-fitted, or used items are not eligible for return. Once a credit card is processed, cancellations may incur a restocking fee due to card processor rules.

 

 

 

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

 

 

All international sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges on international orders, including Canada. Fabtech-Performance is not responsible for tariffs, duties, VAT, customs fees, storage fees, additional freight billing, or any taxes imposed by your country. Please check your local import regulations before ordering. Any fees assessed by your customs authority are the buyer’s responsibility.

 

 

 

 

WARRANTY — LIFETIME CRAFTSMANSHIP WARRANTY

 

 

This warranty covers dual-pass heat exchangers, aluminum trunk/engine bay tanks, aluminum intake systems, and beast tubes for welding and craftsmanship defects only. All products are sold for OFF-ROAD USE ONLY. Warranty covers the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.

 

To activate your warranty, email the serial number(s), invoice number, full name, VIN, year/make/model, address, and phone number to sales@fabtech-performance.com within 10 days of delivery. Failure to register voids the warranty.

 

Warranty inspections require written consent and an RMA number prior to shipment. Inspection is completed within 72 hours of receipt. Warranty is voided with evidence of abuse, neglect, improper installation, contamination, or modification.

 

Customer covers shipping to Fabtech-Performance. If the claim is approved, customer pays 50% of return shipping.

 

 

 

 

NON-FABTECH PRODUCTS

 

 

Items not manufactured by Fabtech-Performance carry no Fabtech warranty. Any warranty, if applicable, is offered solely by the original manufacturer.

 

 

 

 

SHIPPING, PACKAGING & INSURANCE

 

 

Default carrier coverage: USPS $50 / FedEx $100. If full-value insurance is needed, notify us before the order ships. Fabtech-Performance is not liable for uninsured losses, damages, or carrier mishandling. All return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

 

 

 

 

CLERICAL ERRORS

 

 

Pricing errors are subject to review and are not guaranteed. Orders placed at incorrect pricing may be adjusted or canceled. We will assist where possible, but are not obligated to honor erroneous listings.
