### Frequently Asked Questions and Return Policy Update
**Order Cancellations:**
- Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing an order. Please email sales@fabtech-performance.com to request a cancellation within this time frame.
- You must include the following in your email: your order number, a copy of the invoice, reason for cancellation, your full name, and contact phone number.
- Once an order is "In process" (outside of 24 hours from being placed), we cannot cancel the order as most of our products are hand-built/fabricated or sourced to order and/or vehicle-specific. DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER IF YOU ARE NOT 100% SURE IT'S EXACTLY WHAT YOU WANT.
- For approved cancellations, refunds are issued in full within 48 hours. You can expect to see your refund within 5-7 working days depending on your financial institution.
- There are absolutely no refunds for any used/test-fitted or installed items regardless of claims of damage or performance. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!
- Any unauthorized packages returned without packaging or an RMA number will be refused and sent back to the customer. Freight collect and COD packages will not be accepted.
**Clerical Errors:**
- Fabtech-Performance, LLC. is not responsible for clerical errors on the website. If an order is placed with incorrect pricing, we will do our best to assist, but the order does not need to be fulfilled at the incorrect price.
**Warranty Information:**
- **What Items Does the Warranty Cover?**
The Lifetime Craftsmanship Warranty covers dual pass heat-exchangers, trunk and engine bay aluminum tanks, aluminum intake systems, and beast tubes from welding and craftsmanship defects ONLY. Fabtech-Performance, LLC. and its affiliates, agents, and owners will not be responsible for any damages caused directly or indirectly to any vehicle or person. All products are for "OFF ROAD USE ONLY" and carry NO WARRANTY unless otherwise stated.
- **How Long Does the Warranty Last, and Is it Transferable?**
The Lifetime Craftsmanship Warranty covers the original purchaser ONLY for the life of his/her ownership of the vehicle. Warranty is NON-transferable to new owners of a vehicle sold or traded.
- **What If I Have an Issue with a Covered Item?**
All items in question sent back for warranty will receive a full inspection within 72 hours. You must have written consent via email prior to sending any items back to us for inspection. An RMA number will be provided.
- **What Can Void the Warranty?**
If we inspect the item and notice any abuse, neglect, or other signs of misuse, the warranty will be voided and the item sent back.
- **What Happens If the Item Is Deemed Covered Under Warranty?**
Upon completion of our inspection, we will clean, treat, and repair any welded surface free of charge. If the item cannot be repaired, we will send you a replacement item.
- **Who Covers the Shipping Costs?**
It is the client's sole responsibility to cover shipping to Fabtech-Performance, LLC. for any warranty inspections. If an item is deemed under warranty, the buyer is obligated to pay 50% of the shipping costs back to them.
- **How Do I Activate My Warranty?**
To validate your warranty, you must email the serial number(s) and invoice number to sales@fabtech-performance.com within 10 days from delivery to register your warranty. Please include your full name, VIN number, year, make, model, phone number, and address. No exceptions; otherwise, the warranty is voided.
**Non-Fabtech Performance Sold Items:**
- Any item not manufactured directly by Fabtech-Performance, LLC. has no warranty expressed or implied by Fabtech-Performance, LLC., its employees, affiliates, owners, or agents. These items are ONLY covered under their producing manufacturer's/vendor's warranty. If you have an issue, please contact us and we will put you in touch with them.
**USA Returns:**
- If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, please do not place your order.
- An RMA number must be given to the customer and a return approval before any item is shipped back for return, or it will be refused. No exceptions.
- Special orders—any fabricated part not in stock, or one-off part is non-refundable once the order is placed and payment is processed.
- Shipping and handling will not be refunded and will be covered by the purchaser 100%.
- All parts will be shipped back to Fabtech-Performance, LLC. for inspection before a refund is issued.
- If the part is fitted, used, or installed, there is no refund period.
- All parts are subject to up to a 25% restocking fee.
- Parts that qualify have a 10-day return policy.
- Once a credit card is processed, the order is non-refundable without a restocking fee, even if the items have not shipped. This is due to regulations set forth by the credit card processing company. We cannot reverse a card without a fee.
**Shipping/Insurance:**
- Any product shipped from Fabtech-Performance, LLC. will be insured for the default amount by FedEx ($100 USD) or USPS ($50 USD). If you wish to purchase coverage for the complete order amount, please let us know prior to shipping. Any damage or loss claim without insurance is the sole responsibility of the receiver. Fabtech-Performance, LLC. will not be held liable for any cost over the default insured amount of the shipment. All return shipping costs are to be paid by the receiver on returned goods.
**International Returns:**
- There are no refunds, returns, or exchanges on any international orders, including Canada. All international sales are final.

- Fabtech-Performance, LLC. is not affiliated with any manufacturers (e.g., Mercedes-Benz AMG) referenced in any of our listings or website in any way. Trademarked and registered terms are used for fitment and descriptive purposes only. All other trademarks or registered trademarks are the property of their respective owners. Fabtech-Performance, LLC. states that our use of any trademarked terms in our product descriptions constitutes fair use and nominative use and is in no way to offer confusion that Fabtech-Performance, LLC.'s listings or any referenced manufacturer's products or their companies are related.
By purchasing any of our products, you agree to ALL terms and conditions set forth on our website. You forfeit any and all legal/civil claims and hold harmless Fabtech-Performance, LLC., its agents, employees, owners, affiliates. Fabtech-Performance, LLC. and its affiliates, owners, employees, and agents assume NO responsibility for damage that can be caused to your vehicle during or after the install process of any parts sold on our website.
