Process:

An OEM Pair of valve covers and Surge Tanks are Checmically stripped in a Dip Tank and inspected prior to Prepping for Powdercoating.

Next the parts are media blasted giving the powdercoat a surface tooth for maxium adhesion.

Once the Parts are powdercoated, every threaded hole is chased with a tap and the Baffles are resealed using OEM Gasket Sealant for a seamless install

Core Exchange:

If you choose to send your OEM Parts Back to us- A core Charge of $500.00 Dollars will be applied at time of checkout. The Core Charge will be credited back in full within 72 hours of receiving your working, and Undamaged OEM Valve-covers and Surge-tanks.

IF your parts are not Received wihtin 14 days form the date the powdercoated parts arrive, you will forefit your Core Charge Deposit, No Exceptions.
